The Analyst, Revenue Analytics & Insights role supports Ad Sales by automating and scaling analytics, reporting, and Tableau-based visualizations to improve decision-making and workflow efficiency.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain intuitive Tableau dashboards for sellers, managers, and leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and optimize SQL-driven pipelines feeding the sales data warehouse to ensure reliable and accessible data for many users.
- Partner with Sales Strategy to translate business problems into analytical frameworks, insights, and measurable recommendations.
- Evangelize self-serve datasets via stakeholder training; monitor support channels to onboard users and resolve data discrepancies.
- Perform data quality checks, monitoring, and documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity across reporting and warehouse assets.
- Initiate proofs of concept and bring successful solutions into production in partnership with Sales, Inventory, and Finance stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience with strong proficiency in SQL and Tableau, including building dashboards and underlying data pipelines.
- Experience maintaining and scaling data warehouse environments, automating workflows, and enabling data accessibility for diverse stakeholder teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable strategy for non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, to track and analyze sales performance.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and ad tech ecosystems (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, ad servers); OTT/CTV experience is a plus.
- Experience or willingness to learn Python for data automation or modeling.
- Applied statistical skills such as regression, forecasting, or hypothesis testing.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment as a self-starter balancing tactical work and longer-term projects.
Conditions
- Location: Based in New York City.
- Work model: Hybrid; in-office Monday through Thursday, with flexible remote Fridays (exceptions may apply based on office/role policy).
