Product Manager

The Value Maximizer is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Strategic Initiatives Lead to drive data-driven healthcare solutions and digital transformation within biotechnology and life sciences. The role focuses on leading strategic initiatives across Medical Affairs, Clinical Trials, and Patient Safety while leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics to improve efficiency and patient outcomes.

• Lead strategic initiatives in Medical Affairs to support a shift toward a patient-centric healthcare model.

• Apply machine learning and predictive analytics to enhance productivity, efficiency, and patient experience in Clinical Trial and Patient Safety programs.

• Serve as a Product Manager within Digital Enablement and Therapeutic Area teams to support Commercial Portfolio business objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, commercial, data science, IT) to deliver scalable digital solutions.

• Analyze internal and external healthcare ecosystems to identify innovation and patient engagement opportunities.

• Support development and implementation of digital platforms and business tools to streamline processes and improve operational performance.

• Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize business outcomes and improve healthcare delivery.

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Experience with digital transformation, product management, and strategic initiatives.

• Knowledge of machine learning, predictive analytics, and healthcare data systems.

• Understanding of Clinical Trials, Patient Safety, and Medical Affairs operations.

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field (e.g., Integrative Biology).

• Master's degree in Healthcare, Business, or related discipline preferred.
