Data Analyst - Entry Level

Summary

CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. is hiring an entry-level Data Analyst in Dallas to help transform complex data into actionable insights using business intelligence and AI-enhanced analytics. The role focuses on building data pipelines and models, delivering dashboards and reports, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to drive better decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Become a subject-matter expert in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, Looker, and MicroStrategy.

  • Understand how different technology stacks integrate with and influence BI platforms.

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines, data models, and data preparation workflows using Python or SQL.

  • Prepare data for analytics and machine learning use cases.

  • Develop, test, and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that answer business questions.

  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders across projects.

  • Continuously upskill through certifications and shared learning.

  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals and technical content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in Management Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of data warehousing, BI tools, cloud computing, and AI/ML fundamentals.

  • Solid foundation in database concepts and relational database design.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

  • Understanding of emerging technologies and their impact on digital transformation.

  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

  • Adaptability and ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. permanently and without restriction.

Conditions

  • Location: Dallas, TX; in-office 5 days per week.

  • Application period: Monday, January 18, 2026 to Friday, February 27, 2026.

  • Employment type: Graduate (early career).
