Summary
Givebacks is a mission-driven software company building a unified payments and fundraising platform for K–12 school communities. The Customer Success Manager (Schools) owns school-level relationships, ensuring successful implementations, product adoption, and long-term value realization. The role also identifies expansion opportunities and partners with the District CSM to support growth across affiliated organizations.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for schools during onboarding and launch.
- Monitor early-stage adoption and proactively intervene to drive usage within the first 90 days.
- Maintain ongoing post-launch relationships to ensure operational stability and sustained usage.
- Track and analyze school-level product usage trends and activation metrics.
- Identify adoption gaps and execute engagement plans to increase utilization and reinforce best practices.
- Identify opportunities to expand module adoption within existing school accounts.
- Identify and cultivate connectors into School Support Organizations (SSOs) and communicate expansion potential to the District CSM.
- Build trusted relationships with school leaders and administrators; address concerns and remove barriers to success.
- Gather and relay feedback to improve engagement and product alignment.
- Deliver training to ensure school teams are confident using purchased modules.
- Triage inbound requests to appropriate channels (tickets, chat, documentation, or 1:1) and promote structured resources to improve support efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other customer-facing roles.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple school relationships simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor usage metrics and drive action.
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally, particularly with District CSMs and Support teams.
Nice to have
- Experience working with K–12 schools or education technology platforms.
- Experience supporting multi-module SaaS products.
- Familiarity with school support organizations (PTAs, PTOs, Booster Clubs).
