Customer Success Manager - Learning Solutions

The Customer Success Manager (Learning Solutions) partners with assigned sales partners and customer stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and ROI from LinkedIn’s learning products. The role focuses on retention and expansion support by ensuring successful onboarding, ongoing education, and strong executive partnerships.
What you'll do
- Serve as a customer champion and advocate to help customers realize value from their LinkedIn investment.
- Partner with sales counterparts on prioritized customers to drive adoption, customer success, and mitigate churn risk.
- Act as a trusted advisor to end users and management to drive product adoption aligned to operational priorities and business value.
- Use client usage and industry metrics to derive insights and increase customer engagement and adoption.
- Analyze engagement metrics and leverage the Learning Center to provide new and ongoing product education.
- Track and record customer activity in systems of record (e.g., Dynamics) in a timely manner.
- Identify low utilization and implement solutions to maintain healthy engagement and reduce churn risk.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and guide customers on best practices.
- Interpret customer insights to influence product change and act as the voice of the customer to Product teams.
- Expedite technical and purchase-related escalations.
- Advance personal journey with Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging as a priority.
- Support partnership success measured by executive engagement quality, validated ROI delivery, and identified growth opportunities (without owning renewal/growth quota).
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management/Sales, Consulting, Public Accounting, Product Training & Enablement, Project Management, and/or Change Management.
Preferred domain exposure: recruiting, talent solutions, learning/e-Learning, Organizational Learning & Development, sales/account management, product enablement, and/or sales effectiveness.
Skills: relationship building and managing relational challenges; organization, project/time management; analyzing data/trends/client information to identify value or growth opportunities; strong written and verbal communication; presentation skills for small and large audiences.
Knowledge: fundamental understanding of Sales concepts and Software as a Service (SaaS).
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Conditions
Location model: Hybrid (work from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days as determined by business needs).
Travel: Minimum travel may be required.
