Account Coordinator
Summary
Roku is a leading TV streaming platform connecting consumers, publishers, and advertisers across the TV ecosystem. The Account Coordinator on the Client Services Team supports advertisers by coordinating campaign execution end-to-end and ensuring a seamless advertising experience. This role focuses on campaign support, cross-functional collaboration, and performance insights to drive client success and renewals.
What you'll do
Partner with Client Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams to support advertising campaigns.
Manage and use tools/systems such as SFDC/Tarmac, Roku DMP, Tableau, Prisma, and other platforms critical to campaign execution.
Support campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, including creative asset QA, tag mapping, and measurement setup.
Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and flag critical data to Sales and Client Services leads with actionable insights for upselling and renewals.
Monitor campaign performance and pacing and share insights to support client goals.
Troubleshoot campaign issues with teams including Ad Operations, Billing, and Measurement.
Create post-campaign wrap reports tailored to client needs and account tiers.
Maintain accurate pipeline management and ensure timely IO processing to support smooth campaign launches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience presenting to external clients (e.g., wrap reports, pacing updates, billing deliverables).
Ability to manage tier 3 accounts end-to-end with minimal support.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools (preferred).
Collaborative, detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver; able to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Conditions
Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday; Fridays flexible for remote work (with exceptions based on role/office policy).
