Data Analyst (Healthcare Data Analytics)

Summary

VIVIO Health, a Public Benefit Corporation, is transforming pharmacy benefits management using data and technology to improve outcomes and reduce costs. The Data Analyst role partners with the Tech Team and Operations to analyze customer and operational data and turn insights into reporting, dashboards, and automation that support growth and efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Create and maintain customer-facing and internal reports and dashboards using BI tools.

  • Work with multiple data sources and transform data into clear, reliable reporting outputs.

  • Build and improve data processing and reporting automation using Python (including Pandas).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Product Development, Data Analytics, Member Experience, Client Success) to understand needs and deliver solutions.

  • Support initiatives that improve sales enablement, customer reporting, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of SQL (preferably MySQL) or comparable database technologies.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python.

  • Understanding of database schemas and design.

  • Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as QuickSight, PowerBI, or Tableau.

  • Preferred: experience with data processing and automation using Python/Pandas.

  • Plus: exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

  • High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities in a startup environment.

  • Experience with healthcare data (preferably pharmacy data) or strong aptitude and desire to learn it.

  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with customers and stakeholders.

Conditions

  • Hybrid role: minimum 3 days per week in the office.

  • Full-time position.

  • Base salary range: $70,000–$85,000 annually; annual bonus eligible.
