Summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Digital Media and three Vice Presidents in a high-visibility leadership environment. The role provides executive-level administrative and project coordination support, requiring discretion, strong judgment, and exceptional organization in a fast-paced setting.

What you'll do

  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports, supplies, filing, and general business operations
  • Manage complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring rooms, technology, and attendees are prepared
  • Monitor and prioritize information flow; anticipate scheduling conflicts and adjust proactively
  • Handle high-volume communications (phone, email, text, Teams) across executive levels
  • Exercise judgment when handling inquiries and sensitive matters; maintain strict confidentiality
  • Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and events (vendors, catering, AV, logistics)
  • Create and manage systems for organizing presentations, analysis, and departmental materials
  • Prepare and coordinate cross-functional agendas and meeting materials
  • Provide light presentation support (PowerPoint/Keynote)
  • Track and proactively report on project progress

Requirements

  • BA/BS from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting executive-level leadership
  • Proven experience managing confidential and sensitive information
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact across all leadership levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset
  • Comfortable exploring new tools and technologies, including AI tools (e.g., Copilot)

Conditions

  • Duration: 0–3 months (end date: 5/22/2026)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite
  • Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Pay rate: $36–$38/hour (depending on experience); non-exempt (eligible for OT with approval)
