Scheduler - Home Health Full Time

The Scheduler - Home Health role supports timely patient care by coordinating clinical employee schedules and ensuring communication and compliance. This full-time position is local to Jacksonville and works closely with clinical and account leadership.

• Coordinate clinical employee schedules based on patient needs and clinical directives.
• Maintain communication with patients and staff regarding scheduling changes and needs.
• Respond to emergency calls and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Clinical Supervisors to meet patient requirements.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time to support regulatory compliance.

• Education: High school diploma or GED (advanced education desirable).

• Experience: Experience in a Home Health environment or with a temporary staffing agency preferred.

• Knowledge: Medical terminology or general medical background desirable; familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality preferred.

• Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; proven organizational and time-management abilities.

• Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
