Summary
Harry Winston is hiring a Merchandising Analyst for High Jewelry to support store inventory planning and assortment maintenance across salon locations. The role focuses on stock allocation, replenishment, and analytical reporting to maximize profitability and support sales opportunities in a luxury retail environment.
What you'll do
Coordinate global stock allocations and product rotations across salon locations.
Support daily and weekly replenishment shipments and analyze/report on local and regional sales trends.
Serve as a liaison for salons by facilitating merchandise transfers to support client requests, appointments, and sales opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PR, Product Management, Logistics, Global Merchandising) on launches, campaigns, events, exhibitions, and photoshoots.
Build and maintain strong relationships with salon teams and internal partners.
Prepare monthly High Jewelry communications for retail teams on new products and sales strategies.
Conduct ad hoc analysis, reporting, and support special projects as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree.
2–4 years of allocations/merchandising experience.
Luxury retail and/or jewelry experience (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to negotiate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
Strong technical skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability/flexibility, and initiative.
