Senior Data Analyst

Jobgether is recruiting on behalf of a partner company for a Senior Data Analyst in the United States. The role leverages large-scale datasets and advanced analytics to drive business decisions and optimize digital marketing campaign performance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve yield, and deliver actionable insights.

• Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, inform business decisions, and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth investigations, performance assessments, and product optimizations for digital campaigns.
• Develop deep expertise in analytical tools and automated business processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment using diverse problem-solving approaches.
• Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving operational processes and supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven guidance.

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role with demonstrated impact on business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for working with enterprise-level datasets.
• Experience with R or Python for statistical analysis and modeling.
• Expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization.
• Ability to analyze disparate datasets, detect anomalies, and provide predictive insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to synthesize complex findings for diverse audiences.
• Inquisitive mindset with willingness to challenge assumptions and explore creative solutions.
