Data Entry Typist

Medical Marijuana Clinic is seeking a remote Data Entry Typist to support accurate and efficient data management in a healthcare and wellness setting. The role focuses on maintaining precise patient and clinic records to support daily operations and positively impact patient care and clinic effectiveness.

• Accurately input and update patient and clinic data in electronic systems
• Enter patient information, medical records, and appointment details with high accuracy
• Verify data for completeness and correct errors as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare data regulations and privacy laws
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files according to clinic policies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate data flow
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as required
• Perform routine data audits to maintain data quality standards
• Support administrative processes to improve operational efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus)
• Proven data entry experience (preferably in healthcare or wellness)
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with excellent accuracy
• Familiarity with EHR systems and MS Office Suite
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
