Summary
Atrium’s client is a private middle-market investment firm managing nearly $16B in assets with a 15–20 person New York office. The Senior Executive Assistant will support a high-profile senior executive active across government, politics, media, and multiple boards, ensuring seamless coordination and trusted, discreet support.
What you'll do
Provide comprehensive executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and communication handling.
Manage complex scheduling across multiple boards, media appearances, and political engagements.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions.
Serve as a professional representative of the executive.
Collaborate closely with other executive assistants across the organization.
Work onsite primarily when the executive is in the New York office (approximately 2–3 weeks per month) and work remotely with significant flexibility otherwise.
Requirements
2–5 years of senior-level Executive Assistant support experience.
Professional services background preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, nuanced role involving government and political elements.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Preferred: experience supporting senior executives with complex, multi-faceted responsibilities.
Preferred: interest or background in government, politics, or media.
Conditions
Hybrid role based in New York, NY with significant remote flexibility.
Onsite expected primarily when the executive is in the New York office (approximately 2–3 weeks per month).
Compensation includes base salary plus a generous bonus.
