Data Analyst
Summary
OncoHealth is a digital health company providing technology-enabled oncology solutions for health plans, employers, providers, and patients across the US and Puerto Rico. The Data Analyst designs, builds, and maintains analytics and reporting solutions to enable business decision-making, self-service reporting, and impactful data visualizations. The role partners cross-functionally to deliver insights that improve operational efficiency and support strategic growth.
What you'll do
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly communicate complex data.
- Build and maintain self-service reporting tools that enable stakeholders to access and explore data independently.
- Provide Operations with reports and projections to improve efficiency, quality, and business understanding.
- Ensure data quality and governance best practices are followed across analytics products.
- Conduct data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize insights, improve workflows, and enhance customer experience.
- Support adoption of analytics products through implementations and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
2–4 years of data analytics experience; self-service report and dashboard development experience preferred.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Power BI experience.
Proficiency in SQL and Python; PySpark preferred.
Experience with data visualization using Power BI (or similar tools).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred); experience using Databricks for analytics or data processing; SSRS is a plus.
Healthcare and claims domain experience strongly preferred.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking; ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
Tools: MS Office, MS SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, Azure Databricks (preferred).

Team is primarily remote or hybrid; offices available in Atlanta and Guaynabo.
