Strategic Financial Analyst ($110/130K+Bonus)

The Greene Group is hiring a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst for a rapidly growing, PE-backed media company in New York City. This role partners closely with the CFO to analyze performance data, build executive-level narratives, and drive strategic decision-making across finance, operations, and corporate strategy.

• Build financial narratives around performance, pricing trends, and channel health to drive alignment and change among senior stakeholders.

• Provide high-velocity support to the CFO, including ad-hoc modeling for capital events, board-level presentations, and what-if scenario analysis.

• Support the Sales organization by identifying margin leakage and opportunities for yield optimization.

• Manage and evolve Tableau and Excel reporting/analysis environments with an emphasis on speed, clarity, and actionable insights.

• Use SQL, Power Query, and AI tools to automate workflows and increase capacity for deep-dive analysis.

• 3+ years of experience in high-intensity finance (e.g., Investment Banking, PE portfolio company, or Strategic FP&A).

• Ability to translate complex financial data into simple, persuasive narratives for slide decks and live presentations.

• Advanced Excel and Tableau skills.

• Comfort using AI and modern tools to solve problems efficiently.

• Self-starting, high-output mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strategic perspective.
