Executive Assistant
Summary
WelbeHealth serves vulnerable seniors and is expanding its operations while emphasizing participant-focused care and core values. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and logistics support to executives (supporting the CPO and the EVP, Corporate Strategy & Services) and facilitates communication with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do
Provide executive-level administrative support to the Executive Team.
Draft written communications as requested.
Handle travel arrangements and manage expenses.
Coordinate executive calendars and schedules.
Take, distribute, and maintain meeting minutes.
Plan and coordinate logistics for on-site tours, events, and visits.
Communicate with external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, elected officials, regulators, board members, quality improvement partners) on behalf of leadership.
Greet and interact with community partners and visitors to create a welcoming environment.
Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality for company, participant, and employee information.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Follow WelbeHealth policies and procedures and participate in required quality improvement activities, trainings, and meetings.
Requirements
Associate’s degree, or at least 2 years of executive-level administrative experience in lieu of education.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting multiple executives or managers as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office; high-level knowledge of PowerPoint and familiarity with Teams and SharePoint preferred.
Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
Willingness and ability to travel at least once per quarter.
Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive, able to execute in a fast-changing environment, make sound decisions in emergencies, and maintain strong customer service orientation.

Compensation range listed as $90,281–$119,171 per year plus bonus (converted salary field reflects approximate monthly amount).
