Until
In-vivo Neuroscientist
Summary
Until is a moonshot company developing organ-scale reversible cryopreservation to preserve and rewarm donated organs for transplant, laying groundwork toward whole-body reversible cryopreservation.
The In-vivo Neuroscientist will join the neurobiology team to design and execute integrated brain stimulation and assessment strategies focused on cross-regional circuits during cardiac arrest and resuscitation, advancing recovery of consciousness and memory.
What you'll do
- Translate broad or ambiguous research questions into clear, actionable plans by defining key technical platforms and step-by-step implementation strategies.
- Apply deep expertise in brain information processing, with emphasis on circuits underlying consciousness and memory.
- Design and execute experiments investigating cross-regional neural circuit function by leveraging and integrating multiple recording and analysis modalities.
- Develop and execute neuronal circuit stimulation strategies; evaluate functional outcomes and integrate findings into comprehensive brain evaluation and stimulation frameworks.
