Client Success Associate (Entry level, Remote)

INFUSE is seeking an entry-level Client Success Associate (Client Success Specialist) to support and grow strong client relationships in a remote environment. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery of solutions, communicating progress to stakeholders, and contributing to client satisfaction and company growth.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within an assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth targets.
• Assist with challenging client requests and manage issue escalations as needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support, including data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

• Proven track record managing client relationships (preferred backgrounds include hospitality, client success, or sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathy and ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to offer solutions to challenges.

• Work arrangement: Remote.
