Summary

Los Angeles Dodgers is hiring a seasonal, part-time Tour Guide to lead Dodger Stadium tours and share Dodgers history with visitors from around the world. The role focuses on delivering an entertaining, informative tour experience while maintaining excellent customer service and guest safety.

What you'll do

  • Conduct Dodger Stadium tours and communicate scripted and venue information in an engaging manner.
  • Welcome visitors courteously and provide a memorable, enjoyable tour experience.
  • Share stories and historical facts about the Dodgers.
  • Monitor the tour route with fellow team members to keep operations effective and organized.
  • Escort groups safely through the stadium and ensure safety of visitors, staff, and players.
  • Stay informed on which tours are available on a day-to-day basis.
  • Provide recommendations and tips for tourists visiting the city.
  • Assist with Dodgers 365 (D365) and other special events, including specialty tours and internal requests.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a high-energy environment and assist with special requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Availability to work at least four times a month during the 2026 regular season.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience and/or training in customer service.
  • Public speaking and/or theatrical performance experience preferred.
  • Ability to become knowledgeable about all aspects of Dodger Stadium and club history.
  • Comfortable speaking to large and diverse audiences; able to maintain professional image and demeanor.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills; professional, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule and daily assignments, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Able to stand or walk long distances for extended periods.
  • General knowledge of baseball is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Korean, Japanese) is a plus.
  • Required to attend preseason training (tentatively March 1 and 2).

Conditions

  • Part-time, seasonal role (approximately March–November).
  • Pay rate: $24.00/hour (compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, and training).
  • Schedule requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and evenings; must work at least four times per month during the 2026 regular season.
  • Preseason training tentatively scheduled for March 1–2.
  • Work involves walking/standing for extended periods and guiding groups through the stadium.
