Systems Education Specialist
Summary
Paradigm is a specialty care management organization focused on improving outcomes for people with complex injuries and diagnoses. The Systems Education Specialist designs and delivers systems and workflow training to build employee readiness and support accurate, efficient system use across clinical and operational teams.
What you'll do
- Deliver systems training for new hires, existing staff, and clinical team members through virtual, instructor-led sessions.
- Integrate hands-on systems education into onboarding programs to support operational readiness.
- Develop workflow-aligned materials such as job aids, process documentation, checklists, and e-learning modules.
- Ensure training content aligns with standardized procedures and current system functionality.
- Collaborate with Clinical Education, Learning & Development, and subject matter experts to align training with role-specific competencies.
- Analyze clinical workflows, business processes, and system requirements to inform training design.
- Translate complex system concepts into clear, step-by-step instructions for diverse audiences.
- Create realistic exercises and scenarios for applied learning and maintain training environments aligned with production workflows and updates.
- Serve as a systems subject matter expert; identify trends in user questions and recommend training or process improvements.
- Partner with IT, Operations, and Technical Writing on training needs for system updates and new initiatives.
- Participate in UAT and pilot testing to evaluate training impacts and support system rollouts.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance data; manage version control to keep content accurate and accessible.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant learning and development experience may substitute.
Experience: Experience delivering systems, technical, or workflow training in a professional environment preferred.
Experience with LMS platforms, instructional design tools, and virtual learning/webinar technologies preferred.
Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and internet-based applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to simplify complex information, facilitate effectively, resolve conflicts, and propose practical solutions.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and analyze workflows to recommend improvements (e.g., simplification).
Strong time management and prioritization skills; able to work independently in a virtually collaborative environment.
Ability to travel as needed.
Conditions
Work arrangement: Remote.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Travel: As needed.
