Customer Service Coordinator
Summary
Oatly, the original oatmilk company founded in Sweden, is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to support continued growth in the U.S. In this role, you will lead customer order management for assigned accounts and partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What you'll do
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests, ensuring timely, accurate, and friendly responses.
Manage the order-to-delivery process by entering orders, confirming availability, coordinating logistics, and proactively communicating status updates.
Collaborate with production, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure on-time fulfillment and resolve issues.
Monitor inventory levels and flag potential shortages or delays to internal teams and customers.
Troubleshoot service concerns, product questions, and delivery challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
Maintain accurate customer account data and identify/resolve master data issues within the order-to-cash system to enable efficient, error-free order processing.
Assist with quality assurance follow-ups, including documenting complaints and coordinating with QA or operations teams.
Contribute to special projects, seasonal order planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a customer service role within a CPG (consumer packaged goods) company.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
High attention to detail and strong organization skills.
Problem-solving and analytical, proactive “make it happen” mindset.
Proficiency with ERP systems and spreadsheets.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally (e.g., Finance, QA, Transportation, Commercial, Account Sales, Planning, Community Management).
Flexibility with changing priorities and comfort thriving in a remote environment.
