The FP&A Analyst 1 supports financial analysis and the monthly forecast cycle, translating data into insights and visual materials for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
What you'll do
Maintain agile financial models to simulate business scenarios and support long-term planning.
Support the monthly forecasting cycle by identifying budget variances, risks, and opportunities.
Retrieve and clean raw data from internal systems to ensure accuracy.
Translate complex financial and operational data into visual decks and materials for senior leadership.
Analyze financial data to provide business insights that drive strategic decisions.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose data-driven process improvements.
Requirements
0–2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree or college/university degree (or equivalent work experience).
Strong analytical foundation with ability to move beyond routine tasks to deliver business insights.
Ability to work within standardized procedures, meet deadlines, and collaborate with leadership.
Comfort retrieving, cleaning, and working with raw data to ensure accuracy.
Ability to create compelling visual presentations for senior stakeholders.
Interest in optimizing workflows and proposing creative, data-driven improvements.
