Data Science Engineer (Middle/Senior/Lead) - Ukraine location only

Deloitte is seeking a Data Science Engineer at Middle/Senior/Lead level to join their AI & Data team in Ukraine. The role involves building and delivering end-to-end ML solutions, from problem definition through production deployment, working on projects with tangible business impact.

• Lead end-to-end data science and machine learning tasks including problem definition and data analysis
• Build, optimize, and validate ML models for production deployment
• Extract and prepare raw data for analysis and model training
• Analyze results and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews
• Document solutions and optionally mentor junior team members or interns

• Minimum 2 years of relevant data science or ML engineering experience
• Strong command of Python programming
• Practical knowledge of classical ML algorithms
• Experience with the full data science lifecycle from data preparation to model deployment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, KubeFlow) and deep learning frameworks preferred
