Strategy and Operations Analyst
Summary
Google is hiring a Strategy and Operations Analyst within Google Customer Solutions to provide business-critical insights using analytics and help drive sustainable growth and product adoption. The role supports cross-functional alignment, advances strategic partnerships and new initiatives, and turns early-stage ideas into scalable growth initiatives.
What you'll do
- Execute business analyses and advanced modeling to generate interpretable insights.
- Develop strategies that solve complex business challenges and address stakeholder needs across functions to drive incremental growth.
- Prepare polished presentations and communicate key findings and takeaways to leadership and the broader organization.
- Partner with teammates to define actionable plans and roadmaps, align cross-functional stakeholders, and implement change initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity (or 1 year with an advanced degree).
2 years of experience in data analysis using SQL.
Preferred: 1 year of experience generating insights from large datasets to drive business decisions.
Preferred: experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
Preferred: experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital media in a complex organization.
Preferred: excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to turn complex, ambiguous topics into compelling narratives.
Preferred: strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Compensation includes base salary plus bonus, equity, and benefits (base range listed in posting).
