Business Analyst

Mayflower is a technology company transforming the entertainment industry through innovative solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own requirements lifecycle management and drive alignment across Product, Design, Engineering, and QA teams for our high-load partner advertising system.

• Gather and validate requirements with stakeholders; translate them into clear, testable artifacts (epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules)
• Maintain requirements throughout delivery lifecycle and manage changes with documented decisions and assumptions
• Create and maintain a structured, searchable knowledge base for product behavior and business rules
• Serve as primary bridge between Product and Engineering; drive alignment across teams on scope, risks, dependencies, and constraints
• Support delivery quality by reviewing scenarios, collaborating with QA, and validating shipped features against requirements
• Use AI tools (LLMs) to improve speed and quality of BA work including drafting requirements, consistency checks, and documentation maintenance

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in product development working with cross-functional delivery teams
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, define business rules, and produce clear, testable requirements
• Strong analytical skills to quickly understand complex product logic and identify gaps and risks
• Excellent documentation and structured writing skills; ability to create concise, consistent, navigable documentation
• Practical experience using modern AI/LLM tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) in day-to-day analysis work
• Stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority and drive decisions in fast-paced environments
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher for documentation and discussions
• Plus: Technical depth with APIs and data structures; data & metrics orientation; compliance and policy experience
