Summary
SOLV Energy is a U.S. infrastructure services provider supporting utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high-voltage substation projects. The Administrative Assistant supports day-to-day operational efficiency by providing clerical and administrative assistance for a department or project office in a remote role based in Denver.
What you'll do
Coordinate and support department activities and act as a liaison with other teams.
Schedule and organize meetings, events, interviews, and appointments for supervisors.
Manage travel arrangements including airfare, car rentals, hotels, and conference logistics.
Update and distribute departmental communications and notices.
Assist with departmental accounting tasks, including expense reports and credit card management.
Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and documents.
Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
Compose, edit, and distribute correspondence using office equipment and computer software.
Sort, screen, review, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and communications.
Respond to routine inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of office/clerical experience (or equivalent).
Typing/keyboarding speed of 50–60 WPM accurately.
Proficiency in word processing and data entry.
Knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to make sound administrative and procedural decisions.
