What you'll do
Prepare and serve food according to Wendy’s brand standards and guidelines.
Assist customers and provide friendly, helpful service.
Operate restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, and grill.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and workspaces you are proud of.
Support teammates by pitching in as needed and helping resolve issues when something isn’t right.
Requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to help fellow crew members and customers.
Desire to learn and be part of a team environment.
Willing and able to stand and move for most (if not all) of the shift.
Able to use restaurant equipment (e.g., headset, register, grill).
Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines.
Conditions
Pay range: $14.00–$15.00 per hour.
Flexible scheduling (full-time or a few hours per week).
