VIP Manager (iGaming)

What's Up Partners is a product company operating iGaming brands in Tier-1 markets, founded in 2023. The company is seeking a proactive VIP Manager to build strong relationships with valued players, ensure premium experiences, and drive long-term loyalty through personalized journeys and data-driven insights.

• Build and maintain strong personal relationships with VIP players via phone, chat, email, and messengers (Telegram/WhatsApp)
• Create and manage personalized VIP journeys from onboarding to retention and growth
• Use predictive analytics to identify key triggers (churn, win/loss patterns, LTV growth) and act proactively
• Design and manage exclusive bonus schemes, promotions, and tailored offers focused on ROI
• Provide concierge-level support for VIP clients ensuring quick resolutions and premium service
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Payments) to deliver optimal VIP experience
• Contribute to retention strategies and loyalty policies to keep players engaged
• Report on VIP performance, KPIs, and ROI while identifying growth opportunities

• 1+ years of experience in iGaming niche as Account Manager or VIP Manager
• Deep understanding of player motivation, customer retention strategies, and KPIs in iGaming
• C1 level English proficiency
• Experience with CRM systems and communication platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, email, LiveChat, Zendesk)
• Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and proactive approach
• Ability to balance player satisfaction and business profitability
• Plus: Knowledge of German or Greek, experience with high-value players (5k+), Tableau or SuperSet experience

• Working days: Wednesday through Sunday (Monday and Tuesday off, negotiable)
• Working hours: 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
