CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The SEED School of Maryland is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional support, resolving issues, and strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
• Provide product information and guidance to customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent (further education is a plus).
• Experience in customer service or a related field.
• Technical skills: CRM software, Microsoft Office.
