Product Growth Analyst

Summary

Meta is seeking a Product Growth Analyst to lead growth initiatives for products used by billions across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Oculus. This role is embedded within product teams to drive sustainable growth through data analysis, experimentation, and product ideation across the full product development lifecycle.

What you'll do

  • Lead growth strategy across a large product area and drive cross-team alignment
  • Drive long-term product growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize product experiences
  • Analyze trends in user behavior and product usage to influence growth strategy
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities to maximize long-term impact
  • Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional product team members to execute projects tied to product goals
  • Lead experimentation end-to-end, including test design, result analysis, and launch decision recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical or product role

  • 4+ years of experience with analytics and data querying languages such as SQL

  • 4+ years solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches, including defining metrics, experiment design, and communicating actionable insights

  • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical functions to drive shared product goals

  • Experience influencing multidisciplinary product teams (e.g., engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists)

  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis to draw actionable insights from complex datasets

  • Experience performing exploratory analysis with minimal direction on ambiguous questions

  • Experimentation experience designing multivariate tests, synthesizing results, and building decision frameworks

  • Strong product ideation skills and ability to apply growth tactics across product areas

  • Experience working on products/services used by a wide range of communities

Conditions

  • Compensation range: $134,000/year to $189,000/year base (plus bonus, equity, and benefits)
