Data Analyst

Monarch Air Group is a provider of on-demand air charter and private jet solutions for corporate, government, and individual clients worldwide. The Data Analyst will support data-driven decision making across private jet charter operations by analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and communicating insights to leadership.

• Develop, maintain, and improve machine learning models and analytical frameworks to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze large datasets related to charter activity, aircraft availability, routing efficiency, utilization, and market trends.
• Maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-level materials that translate data into clear and actionable insights.
• Partner with internal departments to enhance efficiency, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities within operational and commercial data.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting and modeling efforts.
• Present findings to leadership in a concise and digestible format.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in data analysis or applied machine learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common data analysis and machine learning libraries.
• Experience with predictive models, analytical tools, or decision support systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Preferred: experience in travel, aviation, transportation, logistics, or marketplace-driven/high-volume transactional businesses.
• Preferred: familiarity with forecasting, optimization, or operational analytics.

• Compensation: $70,000 annual salary with opportunity for growth based on performance and business expansion.
