Summary
The Walt Disney Company is hiring an Executive Assistant in Corporate Alliances to support senior leaders by managing complex daily operations and administrative needs. The role focuses on keeping executives organized and effective through calendar ownership, travel coordination, and confidential support in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
Own and manage three complex executive calendars, including scheduling, rescheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating across multiple time zones.
Optimize schedules by protecting focus time, sequencing priorities, adding thinking time, and ensuring smooth meeting transitions.
Adjust calendars in real time to respond to shifting business needs, triage requests, and renegotiate meetings with minimal disruption.
Plan travel and create itineraries that consider timing, logistics, fatigue, and potential delays.
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion appropriate for a publicly traded company.
Support team and office operations, including onboarding assistance, vendor coordination, and basic office management tasks.
Requirements
3+ years of experience supporting director-level executives (or equivalent experience).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines and deliverables.
Strong proficiency with computers and office equipment; mastery of Microsoft Office, Coupa, and Concur.
Ability to remain calm and effective in unexpected situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly professional demeanor, positive outlook, resourcefulness, and can-do attitude.
Reliable handling of confidential and highly sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
Preferred: experience at The Walt Disney Company; experience in a large public corporation; interest/knowledge in marketing, advertising, and entertainment.
Conditions
Location: based in Lake Buena Vista, Florida; works closely with team members in Burbank and Anaheim.
Schedule: some flexibility required; values work/life balance but willingness to extend hours when needed.
