Team Member

Take 5 Car Wash is hiring a Team Member to support daily car wash operations and deliver a positive customer experience. The role focuses on customer service, membership support, safe equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, organized site.

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
• Support sales and membership growth by explaining plans and following consistent processes
• Assist with member sign-ups, plan changes, cancellations, and account management
• Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts
• Follow safety procedures and keep the wash area clean and organized
• Assist with vehicle preparation and identify preexisting vehicle conditions
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate operational issues to team members and management
• Encourage customer feedback and Google reviews
• Stock and organize detail centers and maintain inventory accuracy
• Empty trash, clean work areas, and maintain vacuum stations (check clogs, empty canisters)
• Perform general site upkeep (trash pickup, weed removal, basic maintenance)
• Maintain professional conduct and adhere to uniform standards
• Complete opening and closing duties
• Clean and maintain the wash tunnel for safety and efficiency
• Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Comfort working in an operational environment and using/operating equipment safely
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to perform cleaning, stocking, and general maintenance tasks

• On-site role at a car wash location
• Includes opening and closing duties
• Work involves outdoor/physical tasks such as cleaning, site upkeep, and maintaining vacuum stations
