The Coordinator, Product Development (Project Management) supports the product development engine by organizing timelines, tracking samples, documenting decisions, and aligning cross-functional partners to deliver launches on time and on brand.

What you'll do

  • Maintain product development timelines, statuses, owners, and next steps in the project management platform
  • Prepare meeting agendas, capture notes, and publish action lists to keep decisions visible and work moving
  • Own sampling requests for visual merchandising and photoshoots, including quantities, ship lists, tracking, and delivery ETAs
  • Route assets and information across product innovation/development, packaging, and operations; close communication loops and reduce back-and-forth
  • Centralize briefs, specs, approvals, and timelines; manage version control and ensure information is easy to find
  • Flag risks early with context and options; escalate appropriately to the right stakeholders
  • Follow core workflows and SOPs; recommend simple scalable process improvements that remove friction
  • Refresh templates, checklists, and guides to enable speed without sacrificing quality
  • Set up new projects in the project management platform and refresh due dates/statuses for active work
  • Consolidate and validate data for leadership updates against source trackers

Requirements

  • Experience: 0–2 years in project coordination, operations, product development, or relevant internships

  • Operational rigor: highly detail-oriented, organized, thorough, and dependable with trackers and follow-through

  • Communication: strong written and verbal communicator who can simplify complexity and connect cross-functional dots

  • Tools: comfort with project tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Smartsheet), spreadsheets, and shared drives; quick to learn new systems

  • Mindset: bias for action, collaborative, low-ego approach in a high-velocity environment

  • Work model: hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
