Unemployment Claims Analyst - Remote

Experian is a global data and technology company providing analytics and software-driven solutions across multiple industries. The Unemployment Claims Analyst partners with clients to manage the unemployment claims process and communications with state agencies to support successful claim outcomes. This role is fully remote and reports to a Senior Regional Manager.

• Coordinate with clients to gather information needed to respond to unemployment claims and wage audits.

• File appeals of determinations with state agencies and request hearings to be scheduled.

• Prepare and submit comprehensive responses to state requests for information to maximize the chance of a successful outcome.

• Assess and respond to additional information requests from state agencies.

• Build partnerships with client contacts and coach them on steps and processes that improve outcomes.

• Analyze unfavorable determinations and advise clients on likelihood of success on appeal.

• Prioritize tasks and ensure pending items are completed promptly.

• Experience in unemployment claims or unemployment processes.

• Experience prioritizing multiple work tasks.

• Experience building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.

• Experience providing feedback on current processes and problems and proposing solutions to identified issues.

• Work arrangement: fully remote.

• Compensation: base salary range $36,986 to $60,492 (annual) plus bonus plan.
