Client Success Associate (Entry level, Remote)

INFUSE is hiring a remote, entry-level Client Success Associate/Client Success Specialist to support client satisfaction and long-term relationships. The role focuses on ensuring successful delivery of solutions, clear stakeholder communication, and helping identify growth opportunities while assisting with operational tasks.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Communicate progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and grow opportunities within the territory and collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth targets.
• Assist with challenging client requests and handle issue escalations as needed.
• Support administrative and operational tasks such as data entry, updating internal systems, and managing schedules.

• Proven track record of managing client relationships (preferred backgrounds include hospitality, client success, or sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address them effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to offer solutions when challenges arise.
