Data Analyst Intern

Queensborough National Bank and Trust Co. is seeking a Data Analyst Intern to support its Business Intelligence Department with a range of analytical tasks. The internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in data preparation, reporting, and exposure to multiple departments within the bank.

• Perform data preparation activities for analysis and reporting.
• Create reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Conduct data validations to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Work on a special data project tailored to the intern’s interests and experience.
• Assist with predictive analytics using machine learning, depending on prior experience.
• Gain insight into data load and transformation processes and automated workflows.
• Support the Business Intelligence team with ad hoc analytical tasks as needed.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business.
• Experience with transforming and presenting data.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Oral and written communication proficiency.
• Visual presentation skills.

• Part-time internship role.
