Head of QA

BrainRocket is a global tech company creating end-to-end products for Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing clients across multiple countries. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of QA Engineer to lead quality assurance evolution across 35+ teams and scale processes while advancing automation capabilities.

• Lead and evolve QA strategy across 35+ teams covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing levels
• Build and maintain automation infrastructure and promote automation-first approaches
• Manage and mentor QA Managers overseeing multiple product streams
• Maintain and enhance test environments, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
• Develop QA leadership talent including engineers, leads, and managers
• Drive structured incident reviews and translate findings into strategy improvements
• Define and monitor quality metrics including coverage, defect density, release quality, and execution speed
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to ensure predictable and efficient delivery

• 6+ years in Quality Assurance with 2+ years in leadership role managing 50+ people
• Proven experience building and scaling QA organizations through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and performance management
• Strong expertise in test automation including tool selection, framework setup, and pipeline management
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD practices and automated testing integration
• Experience testing complex, high-load systems with frequent releases
• Strong analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach to QA performance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with strategic and collaborative mindset
• English Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency
