Manual QA (iOS)

Elbax is a mobile app development company with over 50 million downloads, specializing in photo and video editor applications. We are seeking an experienced Manual QA professional to join our team and ensure the quality of our iOS applications.

• Documentation testing
• Testing of product functionality
• Recording bugs in the bug tracker
• Writing cases and other test documentation
• Communication with people inside and outside the team

Required Experience:

• 2+ years as a QA Engineer
• Mobile testing experience
• Basic knowledge of testing theory: test design, writing test cases and checklists, creating bug reports
• Practical experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS using emulators/simulators, intercepting traffic (Charles/Proxyman), understanding OS peculiarities, and taking logs from real devices
• Practical experience testing web applications using Chrome DevTools and testing sites in different browsers
• Backend testing experience: sending and reading API requests (Postman), working with databases (CRUD), basic bash/zsh command knowledge
• English language proficiency from Intermediate level or higher (preferably)
