QA Engineer

Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We are looking for a QA Engineer who will help ensure product quality through systematic testing, attention to detail, and close collaboration with the development team.

• Testing software products including web interfaces and APIs
• Perform testing for new brand setups
• Working with log files to analyze and identify issues
• Creating and maintaining testing artifacts: bug reports, checklists, and test cases
• Participating in task planning and estimation within Scrum/Agile processes

• 2+ years of experience in functional testing
• Experience testing web and mobile applications
• Experience with API testing
• Hands-on experience working with logs (Graylog, Splunk, Kibana, or similar tools)
• Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, checklists, test cases)
• Ability to write clear and well-structured bug reports
• Solid understanding of QA processes and SDLC
