Summary

Superscript Systems Inc. is a U.S.-based software development company specializing in AI, fintech, and blockchain solutions. We are seeking a Product QA Engineer to join our technical team working on FirstTouch, a fast-paced sales orchestration product integrated with HubSpot. You will perform comprehensive manual testing, collaborate on requirements analysis, and ensure reliability of our web platform while advocating for exceptional user experience.

What you'll do

  • Perform end-to-end manual testing of web-based SaaS applications and complex automation workflows
  • Collaborate with UI/UX Designer and Product Managers to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements before development begins
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira with clear reproduction steps
  • Create, maintain, and manage test documentation including test cases, checklists, and test plans using Qase
  • Review designs in Figma and provide QA feedback on user experience and logical consistency
  • Perform API testing using tools like Postman and utilize browser developer tools for debugging
  • Estimate testing efforts and track changes via Bitbucket as a quality gatekeeper for rapid deployments
  • Help optimize testing processes to reduce delivery bottlenecks without sacrificing quality
  • Use AI tools for test case generation and requirement analysis

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Manual QA testing for web applications or SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of client-server architecture and basic API testing experience (Postman)
  • Proficiency with browser developer tools (Network, Console, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Figma, and test management systems (Qase, TestRail, or Zephyr)
  • Ability to estimate testing efforts and create structured test documentation
  • Basic SQL knowledge or experience with data validation
  • Experience using AI tools for daily tasks (ChatGPT, AI code assistants)
  • Strong destructive thinking and product mindset focused on user journey
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to explore complex backend integrations
  • Clear communication skills and ability to provide tactful feedback to designers and developers
  • English language proficiency B1+ or higher
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with HubSpot, CRM systems, or Sales Tech tools; interest in test automation with TypeScript/Playwright

Conditions

Work alongside a Product Quality Analyst, UI/UX Designer, and Engineering team. Participate in rapid feature releases and shift-left quality practices integrated into the product lifecycle. Role involves collaboration across technical and product teams.
