General QA

CodeIT Innovation is seeking a detail-oriented General QA Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on manual testing of web and mobile applications with emphasis on business process understanding and independent work.

• Perform comprehensive manual testing of web and/or mobile applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
• Identify, document, and clearly communicate bugs and inconsistencies
• Validate business logic and ensure features align with product requirements
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
• Participate in regression testing and release validation

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English for documenting issues and communicating with international teams
• Solid understanding of business processes and how software supports them
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Experience in manual QA testing
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (a plus)
• Basic understanding of APIs and databases (nice to have)
• Experience in Agile environments (nice to have)
• Familiarity with automation testing tools (optional)
