Junior Test Engineer (ENDDP)

Sigma Software is seeking a Junior Test Engineer to support requirements analysis, design, and automation testing for a high-quality software solution. The role involves testing a web application based on microservices architecture for network configuration used by telecommunications industry leaders.

• Perform requirements analysis and clarification
• Create test documentation including checklists, test cases, test plans, and guidelines
• Execute functional and regression testing using both automation and manual approaches
• Report defects, verify resolutions, and conduct sanity testing
• Provide test results and status reporting
• Understand and apply project business and domain logic
• Participate actively as a Scrum team member in estimation, refinement, and planning sessions
• Collaborate closely with team members and participate in customer-side PO conference calls

• 12 years of experience in software testing on commercial projects
• Experience in test documentation creation
• Experience with different test design techniques
• Experience in requirements analysis
• Experience working with Jira
• Knowledge of Agile software development
• Understanding of client-server model
• Knowledge of HTML, XML, REST, JSON, SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to leverage AI tools and agentic workflows in SDLC
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency
• Plus: Experience in test automation and Python knowledge
