QA Analyst
Summary
Nuweb Group is a global event technology partner building infrastructure to solve complex ticketing challenges for live entertainment brands. They are hiring a QA Analyst to extend operational and QA coverage during U.S. time zones while supporting web and mobile product quality. The role blends manual testing with first-line technical customer support to ensure reliable releases and fast issue resolution.
What you'll do
Test products against customer experience expectations and product specifications.
Own the end-to-end QA lifecycle across Nuweb products (web and mobile).
Validate new features and execute manual test cases, scripts, and plans.
Provide first-line technical support for U.S. and out-of-hours UK customers; troubleshoot, reproduce, and document issues.
Escalate technical issues to on-call developers when required and support swift resolution.
Liaise directly with customers to identify root causes and narrow issue scope.
Identify usability issues or feature gaps to enhance user experience.
Champion QA best practices to enable efficient, high-quality releases.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and customer success to optimize delivery flow from requirements to release.
Requirements
Proven experience in manual software testing for web and mobile applications with strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience preparing and executing test cases, scripts, and test plans.
Understanding of user experience (UX) testing and usability considerations.
Experience working in Agile teams and environments.
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction, clear documentation, and presenting ideas.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work U.S. hours (GMT-4 to GMT-8) to cover UK out-of-hours periods.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience with Linear or JIRA for bug tracking/workflow.
Knowledge of ticketing or cashless payments industry.
Understanding of Playwright or similar testing frameworks.
Previous technical customer support experience.
