QA Analyst

Summary

Little Caesars Pizza is hiring a QA Analyst to support quality assurance efforts across application and process testing initiatives. The role focuses on executing and maintaining manual and automated tests, validating reported issues, and collaborating with development and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases aligned with QA strategic goals.

What you'll do

  • Participate in automated, manual, and non-complex testing of applications and processes; collaborate with development and stakeholders to ensure work is testable and appropriately estimated.

  • Identify test conditions and administer test plans, scenarios, and cases based on business requirements and technical specifications; provide feedback to improve functionality and alignment with the corporate lifecycle.

  • Assist in planning activities such as user story creation, point estimation, and defining expected testing tasks with attention to testability.

  • Support user testing, perform basic data validation, and apply basic program analysis as needed.

  • Execute, maintain, and update manual and automated tests to ensure code quality within a continuous integration environment.

  • Verify field-reported or internal issues in the test lab, confer with QA engineers, and report progress on problem resolution to management.

  • Represent quality principles within product teams and recommend continuous process improvement ideas.

  • Document and share test results, release notes, and troubleshooting guides to support field support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Information, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • At least 2 years of IT-related experience creating, documenting, and implementing manual and automation tests, including software testing methodologies, test plans, and test scripts.

  • Experience with retesting and documenting expected outcomes.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and interface with internal and external customers (e.g., technicians, franchise owners) to coordinate activities and make decisions.

  • Strong communication skills with clear, concise technical writing for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to learn new and increasingly complex business functions and apply knowledge to new concepts and projects.

  • Logical prioritization and project planning skills; ability to meet deadlines with urgency and follow-through.

  • Ability to work in a team setting with moderate supervision while following internal policies, guidelines, and procedures.
