QA / QC Engineer

ITRS is a Ukrainian software company operating since 2012 that develops CRM/ERP systems and web/mobile applications for clients across 35+ countries. They are seeking a QA/QC Engineer for a full-time, on-site position to ensure quality standards for their diverse portfolio of products.

• Conduct quality assurance and quality control testing on CRM/ERP systems and web/mobile applications
• Apply testing methodologies and design methodologies in test execution
• Develop and maintain test artifacts and documentation
• Utilize QA/QC tools and processes to identify defects and ensure product quality
• Communicate with customer representatives regarding testing status and findings

• Commercial QA/QC experience of over 1 year
• Skills in testing methodologies, test artifacts, and design methodologies
• Proficiency with QA/QC tools and processes
• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher
• Ability to communicate effectively with customer representatives

• Full-time, on-site position at Kyiv office
• Employment under gig-contract with SSC payments included
