QA Lead / Delivery Manager (Scrum Master)

Wigwam is a self-custody crypto finance app that blends everyday money tools with Web3 access. You'll be the first QA hire, owning quality and delivery end-to-end while building the QA + release workflow from scratch and managing product delivery as a hybrid PM/Scrum Master.

• Own manual QA for mobile + web: smoke, regression, and exploratory testing
• Build and maintain QA systems: test strategy, checklists, test cases, and release gates
• Turn requirements into acceptance criteria and clear Definition of Done
• Write strong bug reports with steps, expected vs actual results, and evidence
• Verify bug fixes and keep releases stable while shipping fast
• Create and manage epics, stories, and tasks
• Maintain the board: priorities, statuses, dependencies, and deadlines
• Run lightweight delivery routines: planning, syncs, and retros
• Track progress, surface risks early, and unblock the team
• Ensure what was planned gets shipped

• Strong, proven experience in manual QA for both web and mobile
• Experience in PM/Scrum or delivery coordination (hands-on, not theoretical)
• Ability to design workflows independently with minimal micromanagement
• Clear communication skills and ownership mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Nice to have: Web3 / crypto wallets / DeFi experience, API testing + debugging tools (Postman, Charles/Proxyman), monitoring/logs (Sentry/Firebase)
