QA Engineer

Arival Bank International Corp. is a US-based digital bank licensed and regulated by OCIF, serving 650+ B2B customers globally since June 2021. The QA Engineer role involves manual and automated testing of the bank's products while supporting product teams and improving existing systems. This position is critical to maintaining the quality and reliability of Arival's digital banking platform in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Perform manual and automated testing of company products
• Review functional requirements and technical design documents with meaningful feedback
• Write and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and checklists
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track bugs to resolution
• Support and improve existing products
• Work closely with the product team on quality assurance initiatives

• 3+ years of commercial development experience
• Knowledge of software testing theory and SDLC understanding
• Client-server and web application architecture knowledge
• Experience in functional, API, WEB, or mobile application testing
• Ability to write test documentation and analyze business requirements
• Fluency in Scrum and Agile methodologies
• Production troubleshooting and debugging experience
• Solid understanding of full web stack (front-end, server-side, database, network layer)
• Deep knowledge of fintech industry
• Upper Middle or Senior level preferred
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's degree and/or certifications preferred
• Digital banking and/or fintech experience preferred
