QA Manual

Areon Consulting is seeking a QA Manual professional to join their team. The role focuses on manual software testing with expertise in CRM systems, particularly Oracle Siebel, ensuring quality through comprehensive testing methodologies.

• Write and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or SOAP UI
• Work with databases using SQL for test validation
• Utilize test management tools such as Jira or TestRail
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum environments
• Identify and document software defects and issues

• Experience in manual QA software testing, preferably with CRM systems
• Experience with Oracle Siebel CRM (strong advantage)
• Understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes
• Experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
• Experience with functional, regression, and smoke testing
• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to work with databases
• Understanding of client-server architecture
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI or similar)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate English level or higher

• Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail)
• Basic knowledge of Siebel configuration or workflows
• Understanding of telecom domain is a plus
