Middle/Senior Networking QA/AQA Engineer

Lead Team IT specializes in electronics and software engineering with focus on high-load switching, communication platforms, Linux, and IoT devices. This Middle/Senior Networking QA/AQA Engineer role involves designing and implementing Python-based test automation frameworks for networking products and collaborating with development teams to ensure high quality standards.

• Design and implement test automation Python-based framework for networking products such as switches, routers and network packet brokers
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure products meet required high quality standards
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate test automation into the development process, addressing issues promptly
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance for networking products
• Collaborate with members of the Quality Assurance teams
• Align test automation strategies with customer needs

• Experience in the networking industry, specifically with configuration of switches and routers
• In-depth understanding of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures, including L2/L3 and protocols like ARP, VLAN, STP, IGMP, BGP, SNMP
• Experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with a focus on test automation and scripting
• Proficiency in Python and experience with other scripting languages
• Experience with network testing and monitoring tools, like Spirent and Ixia
• Knowledge of tools: Git, Docker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
